Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course – just return the item, with the returns form (enclosed with your order) and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.  

If you would like an exchange please indicate what size/colour is required on the returns form.  

If we don’t have it in stock we will issue a refund and let you know.

 

What is the returns policy?

You may return any item for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.  

Returns will be refunded at the price you paid for them once they have been checked.

If you can’t find your returns form, please don’t worry, just print off another one by clicking here.

Please allow up to 21 days for your return to be processed.

 

How will I know if you have got it back?

We will email you to confirm that we have received it.  If you haven’t heard from us within 7 days of returning your item , please do contact sales@jimmyhooves.co.uk

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item has not been sent to you. Just call us on 07715 084004 and we will sort it for you.

 

How can I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa debit, Discover, Diners Club and JCB
